And as I happily bop through the internet finding out more about the upcoming adaptation of one of my favorite mini series, I discover that they seem to have whited out one of the central characters, Lily Sharpe, and no one seems to care as long as there’s Kate Beckinsale. I care. Why I loved Whiteout, besides the art and the grit and the perfection was the partnership that developed as the two women worked together to solve the murders.

They changed the Sharpe character to a guy; I’m not seeing it. Buy the graphic novel, it’s a great story.
