Mood tears: shuddering
Hollow alone together
Waves break night apart

Full disclosure: this was inspired by Neil Gaiman’s SPIN review of the Dresden Dolls first concert on their current tour and Amanda Palmer’s reaction. And I’m still pretty amazed by how much of herself Ms. Palmer puts on view to the universe. Which I discuss in a Crushing Edge blog post. Also broke my art drought today with some quick crayon on 3 ring binder paper sketches (yes, very classy). You can’t pick your inspirations; I don’t think I’d want to. Sometimes they or he or she or it just hit/hits you. And won’t go away. That’s a good thing. Maybe a little frightening.
